On offer is a ground floor studio apartment for artists and writers who wish to find a sanctuary in Sydney to work on a specific project. In exchange for 3 - 5 weeks accommodation, residents are asked to help maintain the rooftop garden and be available to welcome late arriving guests and answer the night phone occasionally. Easy.
